Description
Tungsten carbide wear part is the choice to provide the best protection available for extreme wear and impact. It offers the best wear performance and corrosion resistance compared to many available materials. The impact resistant and corrosion resistant properties of carbide wear-resistant parts can be improved by selecting from the different grades of the material or by selecting from the various application technologies. We are able to produce tungsten carbide wear-resistant parts of different sizes and grades as per clients’ specific requirements.

Applications
Tungsten carbide wear parts are widely used as tool materials. They are used for making turning tools, cutters, plane irons, drill bits, boring tools, etc. They are suitable for cutting cast iron, nonferrous iron, plastic fiber, graphite, glass, stone and steels such as heat-resistance steel, stainless steel, manganese steel and tool steel.

Features
1. Our carbide wear-resistant parts are marked by high hardness, wear resistance, toughness, heat resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance as well as elasticity and mechanical strength.
2. Carbide wear parts have stable chemical properties. They do not react chemically to sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid under heating, and are not soluble in water.
3. Carbide wear-resistant parts can offer wear life in excess of 5 times that of alumina ceramic and have the ability for continuous operation when the temperatures is up to 900 degrees F (480°C).
